MORSE RESIDENCE 

This development will be along the coasts of New Washington in Aklan. The main residence will have a spacious 350 sq m ground floor and an upper floor of 225 sqm floor area. A smaller 2-storey temporary residence will be built first but will then be converted to a guest or a transient house. There will a pool with a swim up bar, ponds and landscaped gardens. The overall minimalist design is meant to convey a serene ambiance complementing the charming beachfront view.
